Broker Associate – Build Your Team We’re looking for a driven Broker Associate ready to grow a team the right way—with systems, structure, and full support behind you. In this leadership opportunity, you’ll work closely with our coaching program and recruiting systems to build and develop your own team of agents. You’ll mentor new talent, guide performance, and help create a results-driven culture within a collaborative, growth-minded environment. • Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
• Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
• Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
• Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team
• Team sales
• Individual sales
• Database
• Grow your division
• Coach and train

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
• Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
• Real estate license required
• Brokers license or ability to obtain one
• Sales experience
