About the Opportunity:
Join our life-saving team in Tucumcari, NM, as a Flight Paramedic and make a real difference. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 plus a 25% location bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced assessments, therapies, and emergency treatments during air or ground transport.
• Document patient care, stabilization, and billing accurately.
• Communicate effectively with teams, patients, and partners.
• Stay current with certifications, training, and continuing education.
• Work under Medical Director licensure while adhering to state regulations.

Requirements:

• Active Paramedic certification (state of employment).
• 3+ years (5 preferred) in busy 911/pre-hospital service.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP/instructor preferred).
• FP-C within 24 months.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen, background check, and meet weight requirements (<235 lbs).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and computer skills.
