Position Overview

The Family Success Coach (INSPIRE) plays a vital role in ensuring families enrolled in the INSPIRE program are supported through the 2Gen Model, focusing on both youth and adult caregivers. You’ll work directly with families to assess needs, develop service plans, connect them to community resources, and track progress toward self-sufficiency.

From leading workshops to collaborating with community partners, you will help families strengthen their skills, build confidence, and reach their goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit and enroll families into the INSPIRE program through outreach and community partnerships.
  • Complete intakes and develop individualized service plans using the self-sufficiency matrix tool.
  • Coordinate and support workshops on topics such as nutrition, budgeting, health insurance, and legal aid.
  • Track client progress and outcomes to meet funder requirements (e.g., United Way of Central Indiana).
  • Maintain strong relationships with collaborative partners and ensure youth and caregivers both receive services.
  • Attend community meetings and represent LCFS in program partner collaborations.
  • Assist with planning quarterly family engagement events.
  • Support program promotion and other duties as directed by the INSPIRE Program Coordinator.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with families and community partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and client data tracking.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred.

What You Need to Apply

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Bachelors Degree or 2 years of experience working with Families and Children (required).
  • Valid Indiana Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain a drug-free workplace.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to family empowerment and community impact.
  • Work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly improve lives.
  • Opportunity to support both youth and adults in achieving long-term success.

Ready to make a difference in the lives of families? Apply today and help us strengthen communities through the INSPIRE program.
