Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is currently seeking an **Entry Level Document Control Specialist** to join our office in **San Francisco, California.** _This position is expected to begin in August 2025._ The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: + Assist the Program Director and Program Administrator with the continued rollout and utilization of client's document management system (SharePoint) + Coordinate with client to implement the document retention policy. + Oversee and confirm client acceptance of all contract deliverables and documents such as contract management documents (NTP, NOC, CRF), critical reports, plans, presentations, and meeting summaries. + Archive all pertinent documentation and deliver requested hard copies for client needs. + Creation and organization of tracking documents. + Provide as-needed or as-requested hard copy production/reproduction of documents such as deliverables, contract documents and non-deliverable documents. + Provide SharePoint end-user training for new and existing staff. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications or a related field + none or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required. **Preferred Qualifications** + Ability to understand general engineering documents. + Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Suite **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
