About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cruise Experts. This is an entry-level opportunity where you’ll help travelers plan and book cruise vacations while working from home. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and support.
What You’ll Do
Assist clients in choosing the right cruise based on their preferences and budget.
Learn to book cabins, excursions, and special packages.
Provide friendly customer support from first inquiry through final booking.
Work with our trusted cruise line partners to manage reservations.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized.
Comfortable using basic computer tools and the internet.
Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about the cruise industry.
