Our Core Values: Position Overview: We are seeking an entry to mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with advanced Excel skills (vlookup, formulas, power pivot), an analytical mindset, and a strong curiosity for learning new data tools and technologies. Working knowledge of Power Query and Smartsheet desired and any Power Platform experience is a plus! You will play a key role in streamlining reporting, automating processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making with a growing CPG company. Responsibilities:

• Pull manual data reports from third-party vendor sites.
• Monitor data pipelines and dashboards and assist with error resolution.
• Assist in cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data to support decision-making.
• Partner with team members to identify opportunities to automate manual reporting.
• Take initiative to investigate new tools, techniques, and best practices in data management and reporting.
• Assist with analytics process documentation.
• Assist with Smartsheet maintenance & development and responding to user requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business, data or IT-related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity. Not afraid to ask clarifying questions.
• Exposure to Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Experience with Smartsheet, including formulas and automation workflows.
• Basic understanding of databases and data models a plus.
• Experience with Circana or NIQ POS data.
